  • “Learn the methods of making dairy products’ program- Mongols prefer to use dairy products in warm weather and meat, fat in cold weather. On this special program you will have an opportunity to learn traditional dairy product processing methods of dried curd making, formation of cream layer, milk alcoholic beverage distilling with nomadic women. You will also visit herder families and have the opportunity to ride camel, horse and ox cart with a herder guide
  • “Visiting herder family “ program- One of the Mongolian unique traditions is to respect and welcome their guest and visitors. Therefore our herder families will show you great hospitality when you visit. They will come out welcome you into their ger. After you take \your seats in the western part of the ger host will treat you a snuff box. The snuff boxes are made of such precious stones as Caledonia, jede, jasper, agate, turquoise, rock crystal tapaz or ebony as well as porcelain or rare wood. The snuff box is carried in beautifully embroidered silk punches. After greeting with snuff box hostess will treat you a milk tea and dairy products. Then you will have an opportunity to learn the methods of dried vurds making, fermenting mare’s milk and milking mares. You can also travel by ox cart, horse and camel with a herder guide surrounding area within 30-60 minutes. At the end our family will express wishes for the good journey by sprinkling milk when you departing from herder family.

  • “The quest for the last emperor” route – On this historically rich adventure you will explore the homeland of Mongolia’s nomads and travel in XV century and participate in Quest for the last Emperor, bringing Batmunkh son to Queen Manduhai and the ceremony called, Ascending Batmunkh Dayan Khan to the Throne. Your travels will also include Khadagt Khoshuu a special place of worship for local herders, the Manduhai Queen Monument, the beautiful Swan lake, and a landscape of sand dunes. You will visit herder families, and have the opportunity to ride by camel cart, ox cart, and horse with a herder guide in the Khogno Khaan National park. There is a wise saying, it is much better to see something once than hear it a thousands times. Our quwst will give you a golden chance to explore the nomadic way of life and to introduce you to one of a place where a part of Mongolia’s great history was made. The journey will also provide an opportunity to participate in Mongolian culture.
